How do I view and respond to RFPs?
Log in to your Vendor Connect account and navigate to the RFP section. You can view all open RFPs, download related documents, and submit your bids directly through the portal.
How can I check the status of my invoices?
Use the invoice tracking feature in Vendor Connect to view the current status of your submitted invoices. You can also ask our chatbot for real-time updates using natural language queries.
How do I submit goods against purchase orders?
After receiving a purchase order, go to the PO submission section in the portal. Enter the shipment details and upload any required delivery documents to complete the submission.
